Membership Renewals

The Membership Chair regularly checks for expiring memberships and Youth Protection Training (YPT) using BSA’s online tools.

If Your Membership Is Expiring:

• You will receive an email notification 1–2 months before your expiration date with renewal instructions

• For urgent issues, contact San Diego Imperial Council with your membership number
  
  

If Your YPT Is Expiring:

• You will receive instructions for renewing your YPT through my.scouting.org

• Please forward your updated certificate to the Membership Chair
  
  

Renew your YPT as close to the expiration date as possible to maximize the two-year window.
