About Coronado Troop 801

Troop 801 has been a hallmark of Boy Scouting in Coronado for over 55 years!

The Aims of Scouting and Troop 801 are to help boys develop into honorable men
Each of our activities move toward these three aims:

To achieve these aims Troop 801 has  multiple troop activities (meetings, outdoor, and community service) scheduled each month.  Our Troop's Bylaws outline our Troop's mission statement and goals and provide the guidelines and structure for our Troop.  Our Scoutmaster has extensive experience in Scouting.  He is assisted by several trained Assistant Scoutmasters and supported by the Troop Committee.

Our regular Troop meetings are on most Mondays at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall, 655 C Avenue, Coronado, CA  92118,  from 7:00 - 830 p.m., with the Patrol Leaders' Council meeting on the fourth Monday.  Please be sure to check our Calendar regularly for additional events and any changes to our regular Troop meeting schedule.

Boy Scout Troop 801 in Coronado is chartered by the Coronado Optimist Foundation, a local service organization affiliated to Optimist International, which supports over 50 Coronado youth activities.
